Paulina Migalska provides critical planning, communications, and evaluation services to ChangeMatters clients and partners. With a decade of experience in global development, corporate community engagement, and strategic communications for social good, she is also a 2015 Frontier Markets Scouts Fellow in Social Enterprise Management and Impact Investing.
As an organizer and promoter of creative advocacy opportunities around issues ranging from green living to human rights, Paulina has built community networks and promoted peer exchange programs across nonprofit, social enterprise and corporate sectors since 2004. Born in Poland (in the culturally diverse region of Upper Silesia!), Paulina contributes international cross-cultural social innovation experience rooted in a passion for social justice, dedication to community empowerment, and commitment to quality results.
Paulina holds a Certificates in Social Enterprise Management and Impact Investing from the Middlebury College of International Studies at Monterey and Sustainability Management and Policy from the George Washington University School of Business. She earned her M.A. in Central & Eastern European Studies from the Jagiellonian University in Poland and a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University.
